Last September 16, we talked about dimensional analysis in class. Dimensional Analysis is a simpler way of converting one unit of measurement to another, such as Km to M. It looks complicated, but when you get the gist of it- it's not that hard at all.
One thing you have to keep in mind is that, make sure that you use the right unit of measurements and that you multiply the right numbers together. Also, you have to make sure that you cancel out the right measurements and not to be confused with them.
Dimensional Analysis can be done in small steps or with one long solution. Although, I'd recommend that you do it in small steps to avoid error! :)
PS. I think we have a quiz on this next class, I'm not really sure though. But- whether there will be a quiz or not, I recommend you to keep on practicing dimensional analysis. Here is a link to examples related to dimensional analysis. CLICK HERE. :)
